A few weeks back we bought just a huge amount of stuff from a particular place - some of what we took off their hands was junk - some was okay and some was pretty darn good.  What we did not know until tonight is that a particular item is worth a whole bunch.

Blythe, a doll by Kenner, made in 1972, is selling on Ebay for anywhere between $400 and $900+.  Well, we paid a buck for it...how sweet is that?  I'm loving it!

Isn't it? Of course we have a lot of stuff from the same place, i.e. McDonalds toys that are worth very very little...but oh well. I'm buried...LOL but also will be giddy when it sells - going on ebay tomorrow....Woo Hoo!

Wow, Daye that's great. I am still trying to dig out from under the pile of stuff I bought. It is going to take a while. I may not make it to the chat today, I have to attend a funeral at 1:30.

I'm sorry to hear that Claude. Both the still digging out (I know what you mean) and about the funeral. Hope your afternoon goes well.

Which brings up a really good question Claude. I have never figured out how you look up another seller. I know, sounds pretty stupid, eh? So...how do I find you on Ebay?

It's so nice to be some place where you can ask a stupid question and not too many people will give you a hard time over it...LOL

Look under Advanced Search, then search by seller. Advanced search can be found at the top of the page to the right of the search block thingy. You can also save sellers under My Ebay.

Thank you Claude! Nice stuff and with bids! Ya gotta love it! The one that confuses me though are the ice cube trays....go figure. Love the black hat and the violin - reminds me that I have a half-size to sell. So much to do and so little time....

The violin came thru the door. It is only for parts or restoration and you would really have to know what you are doing to restore it.
